Louis Latour is one of the most reputable and largest producers in Bourgogne, dating back over 220 years comprising many Premier Cru and Grand Cru parcels across the Cote d’Or. One of the pioneers of sustainable agriculture, Louis Latour is now working towards organic certification as respect for terroir is one of their fundamental values.

Normal practice is 100% destemming of the bunches and the reds are aged in 30-50% new oak, depending on the vintage, whilst the Grand Cru whites are aged exclusively in 100% new oak. Since the 18th Century, Louis Latour has operated their own cooperage within the domain and can produce the barrels exactly as required for each wine.

All the wines are made in harmony with the aim of offering full expression of the great terroir wines produced.
