Roebuck wine list

English Sparkling Wine is a fast growing category producing some exceptional quality wines.

Roebuck owns and manage six vineyard sites across the counties of Sussex and Kent in England.

  • Total area under vine is 62 hectares –the oldest vines were planted in 2006.
  • Total plantings are a combination of Chardonnay (45%), Pinot Noir (38%), and Pinot Meunier (17%). 
  • Mixture of Burgundian and Champagne clones, carefully chosen to suit each site. 
  • Producing only traditional-method vintage sparkling wines, aged for a minimum period of three years in bottle.
  • Every year Roebuck aims to produce world-class sparkling wines that display richness, depth and complexity.
